Darrin Fordham is a man of substance. Darrin served his apprenticeship and received his trade certificate in building in 1980 and was immediately promoted to site foreman where he spearheaded some 20 light commercial construction projects around Auckland. Self employed since 1987 he has completed numerous residential housing projects under his own name. His reputation has grown steadily over the years and his list of satisfied clients includes famous names such as Eric Rush, Simon Doul, and the late great Possum Bourne. After dealing with agents over many years Darrin felt there was a real opportunity in the Eastern Suburbs and gained his Salesperson Certificate in 2006. Darrin’s no nonsense approach and his encyclopaedic knowledge of the building industry has put him in high demand in the high value areas along the coast and with large Lifestyle properties.
